    I want to select “Display as Icon” but the feature is completely missing. I see “Menu and Logo Position” and then I see “Separator Between Menu Items” but no “Display of Menu Items” in between. Where did this go?

    Thank you.

    Hi tapemgrove!

    Can you please provide us Backend access, so we can give it a look?
    Thank you very much

    Best regards,

    Sure. I thought it might be just that a feature moved but I will give you my credentials below. Thank you in advance.

    Also, here is a link to a sample of what we are creating. The icon menu is on the front page.

    Can you also tell me if I should use a very big transparent & glassy header on the page to create the colored overlay on my picture with white words? I’ve been reading your documentation and I believe this is what I need to do.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. You are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating to the latest version (3.8.4) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,

    I completed the update, thank you for telling me about it since the theme was telling me that I was up to date.

    I now have the ability to select the menu to display as an icon. I have done this, but it isn’t working. It now says menu on the right and that is all. No icon and no actual menu.

    Ultimately, we want our logo (that one isn’t our real one…it’s a placeholder) in the center and the icon menu on the right.

    Update: I notice from my iPad that it has the icon menu and does not have the regular menu but my browser window displays the regular menu plus (as mentioned above) the word menu instead of an icon which leads nowhere if you try to click it.

    Now that I can see the icon menu from the iPad, I have an additional question. It is displaying as a pop-up lightbox style in the middle of the page. Is there documentation for this since it appears to be a newer feature? I might leave it as a popup but am considering having it as I stated above. You’re popup is really great and I might want to keep it after I see it on a computer.

    As mentioned before, I’d like my logo in the center of the header.

    I’ve searched the documentation but can’t find an answer as to why my transparent header is showing up with a line instead of being truly transparent. How can I make the header and the image all one image (no line…I just want truly transparent) and where is there more documentation about this? Also, I’ve uploaded a white logo in the transparent logo section but it’s showing up as black.

    Hi, again. I haven’t heard anything back after your message to update. Is this still open on your end?

    I’m new to your company so I may not know how support works. How can I tell if this ticket is still open or if there is an answer to the issue elsewhere?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply!
    I have reviewed the ticket and checked your website on my iphone and computer and menu currently seems to work totally fine. I attached screenshots in private content field below.
    Could you please let us know if you are still having issues?

    Best regards,

    Yes, the hamburger/icon menu displays fine now, even from my browser (step one…clear cache!). My apologies for not thinking of that sooner.

    I still cannot get our logo to center on the page though. At the moment I have the logo turned off because it is stuck on the left. I tried all of the settings in general and advanced layout that could possibly affect it to no avail. Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    .logo img {
        margin: auto;
    }
    .logo, .logo a {
        width: 100%;
    }

    Best regards,
    Yigit
