    Hi
    I am new in developing websites. I have got a problem… My embedet videos loads and displays fine in Chrome, but they do not show up when I use firefox or safari as browser…
    Hope you can help me out here…

    Is it an mp4 format video? Note that mp4 containers can have different types of compression and some of those compressions are not fully compatible on most browsers. The most fully supported compression is H.264. Please upload the video on youtube, vimeo or any supported video hosts.

    The site is running on a very old version of the theme, 3.1.5. Please update to version 3.5.3.

    OK.
    Now I am back – an I have updatet my theme to the newest version.
    My new posts still will not display videos in postsliders – It works if I change the content elemen to be a blogpost element…

    Hi,

    The postslider element will ignore post formats. It will render all posts as standard format. Please use the blog posts element and set the blog layout to any options other than grid layout.
