Building a one page site. Is it somehow possible to display a scroll down arrow on a Color Section like the one on a Full Screen Slider?

You can mimic the scroll down arrow with a Icon Box or a Button, just set the link to an anchor (ex: #content_below) in the same page:

I realize that, but I still want that button to be at the very edge of the section just like on the fullscrenn slider.

It is possible but it would require a some modification to the theme files, unfortunately that’s beyond the scope of the support we can offer. If you really need it try contacting a developer.
