    I have looked on here and it seems there is no way to disable the new Element Preview pane. I have a lot of edits to do and this makes it take twice as long as I have to wait for it to render all the time.

    Are you sure there is no way to turn this off somewhere? It is really not necessary all the time especially when you are working in html.

    You can find it on the Enfold Theme Options after the update the theme to 4.1 +.
