    Hi Guys,

If you go into settings> Main Menu> Alternate Menu for Mobile
When you are on a mobile phone all of the menu buttons must be double tapped to open them. The first tap does nothing.
Is there a way to turn off the double tap? so it works on one tap?

This only applies if you set an alternate menu for mobile and it only applies to the top level menu items. If you leave this feature turned off, you do not have to double tap.

    Please can you help?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Thomas,
Sorry for the late reply, your link seemed down when I looked so I added an “Alternate Menu for Mobile” to a live test site and checked the menu with an Android mobile, and each menu item only required a single tap. Please check, the link is in the Private Content area.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like the problem has gone away now the website is published. The IPS tag was changed so I had to publish the site to prevent an empty webspace. Sorry to have wasted your time. I tried it in a few browsers after publication on IOS.

The site can be found here: https://www.etsfirstaid.co.uk
