disable completly load animations

hello
i load in my website a lot of information in my template by ajax , and when i load data, the image animations do not can reproduce, as you can see in testimonials images in this example here: http://iiemd.com/cursodecommunitymanageronline/#tab-id-7
how can i disable completly all images animatios (in testimonials and icons) to load this images without use animations an transitions in his load?
