    How do I disable background color, so that only background image is visible when loading?

    This site (which isn’t mine) does that: http://www.henriettezobel.dk

    Mine loads background color first, then background image :-/

    And I mean body background color :-)

    The link I added above – when you go from one link/page to another, the second it’s loading you see the background image, not a background color.

    I want mine to do the same.

    Whenever I go from one page to another the screen turns white, whereas this page you see the background image if the page takes a few seconds to load.
    I would like mine to show the background color too when a page takes a few seconds to load.

    Hey!

    Install a cache and minify plugin. Resave the background image as png format then enable Interlaced. This will show a lower resolution of the image while the page load.
