What is the difference between product item and the portfolio item?
I want to show the available tours I provide (as a tour guide). These items can’t be purchased, the customer has to contact me and set the date, the itenerary etc. So I doubt what should I use – the product or the portfolio entry.

Hey Tanya2105,
product item is WooCommerce based, so made for selling online. So in your case portfolio item might be the better choice.
