In the original language the page is well styled. The standalone translation page is also well styled with the same custom CSS.
When I copied the content of standalone translated page as as the translation of original page in WPML, some of the elements has different style.
It is good to know why the styles are enqueued in different order. Then some of my definitions has been rewritten.
Check the style of this two pages:
    Original: https://ucimekvalitne.cz/2020
    Translation: https://ucimekvalitne.cz/2020/en

Is possible to explain this behavior?

Actually the H1 header has different color in English version. (SUCCESS FOR EVERY PUPIL 2020, Together We’ll Manage)
I will have to override it by !important rule, before we will lauch English version at the end of this week. But this is not good solution and explanation.

I have to close this thread because there is no way, how to make the debug. Translated page has changed its url to https://ucimekvalitne.cz/2020/en/english-version/ where the styles are in correct order, but now language switching does`t work. It seems like a problem of nginx with mode rewrite rules.

Yes we can close this thread. It was necessary to set homepage in English version. That`s all, now it works well.
