Different Header Info for Smartphone Users

Hi Support-Team,

for a local business https://oschwald.de/ we showcase contact info as a sticky header and this works fine for desktop users.
We inserted it via the Child Theme Header options

Ideally, the phone no. crredentials should be placed under the address info. How can I fix this?
