    purtroppo dopo aver aggiornato wordpress 5.8 e la versione enfold 4.8.4 il sito avendo già un databse di 6mb veloce nelle pagine e caricamento – purtroppo è diventato di nuovo lento e fermo nella fase pre-load. Ho già contattato l’hosting che rammentano che non è un loro problema, ma dipende dalla struttura. Ovviamente, ho disattivato Sg optimizer ma il problema persiste.

    Ovviamente, per farlo funzionare – ho dovuto rinunciare alla funzione pre-caricamento. ed disabilitare sg optmizer – problema è che siteground rammenta che il problema non dipende dal plugin ma della struttura tema potete fare un controllo e verificare.

    The staging site is loading properly on our end — both in the back and front end. How can we reproduce the issue? Is this happening on a specific page or panel in the dashboard?

    Hi,

    The latest version (4.8.5) is not available in the themes panel. Please upload it to the server so that we could activate it. You may also have to remove or relocate the old version to avoid any conflicts.

    And after the update, please try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and make sure to purge the cache afterwards.

    Hi,

    We tested the site again but we were not able to reproduce the issue. The home page loads fine and the logo displays immediately. The 4.8.5 version is already activated when we checked the site.

    Which browser are you using? Please provide a screen cast of the issue so that we can actually see the issue from your end.
