Hello,
In order to expedite the design, I decided to convert a multi-page website to a 1-page website. Everything was working until about 30 minutes ago. After I moved content and edited the Home page to my liking, I clicked the “Review Changes” button. The page displays the header image with a text overlay (logo and navigation missing) and when I scroll down the page, the header image sticks (the page doesn’t scroll). The site is set up for a transparent header with sticky menu.
I’ve contacted my hosting provider but there was nothing on their end that would fix the problem. They thought it was a development issue. I also cleared my cache but that didn’t work. I deactivated all plugins and removed all custom css but the problem still persists.
When you log in, click to view the website and try to scroll down, you’ll see what I mean. The transparent header is missing and the page doesn’t scroll.
I’m hoping you can help me figure out what is going on. After waiting 3 months for the client to provide content and the website displaying properly, we decided to just do a 1-pager with hopes of going ‘live’ by end of day tomorrow (Friday). So your help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey eskitaco,
Sorry for the late reply, I have fixed your issue, It was because you used the ID “header” in the first color section. I changed it to “header1” and now the page scrolls. Please check whatever css your had for that ID and change it to “header1”
Best regards,
Mike
