    I want to use the developer tab to add a custom id attribute for jump links. In the past, i’ve been able to do this on individual layout/content elements, however now I only see the developer tab for color sections now.

    In which element are you not seeing that tab? If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how to reproduce the problem.
