    but I have enfold version (4.6.3.1), I tried to upload textblock.php but it still doesn’t work,

    can you help me?

    Hey joy4fun,

    That has worked for all other customers as far as I know, are you sure that you followed all the instructions? If you should still have problems then include WordPress and FTP login details to your site in private.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the WordPress login, but I couldn’t connect via FTP, is it possible that it blocks some IPs?
    I tried a VPN service but I don’t have a VPN in your country. Please check the FTP login and if correct ask your webhost to white list my IP.
