Hi Rickard,
I have to create a new thread everytime as I have no way of logging into the forums. I never got any registration email or any mail with the replies to the threads I am creating. I only get the one mail each time that I fill the pre sale question form.
My registration email id is (Email address hidden if logged out) my item purchase code is e9161753-f21f-4764-9182-c6ff21ec1605.
The last thread Yigit said that he had reset my password and that it would be visible in my private field, but since I cannot login anywhere and I am not getting any followup emails, I have no way seeing the private field.
I don’t know what else I can do except asking a pre sale question. I am sorry if this is not the right place to ask for this kind of support.
Please let me know how to proceed as I need support regarding the theme and am unable to do so.Thanks again

I have tried emailing you your password earlier today but apparently you have not received that either so that makes me think that issue might be security related as my first email contained kriesi.at link. I have tried sending you another email without any links and shared your updated password.
If you do not receive that one either, please provide us an alternative email address (preferably gmail one) so we can try with that one :)
