Desktop Fly-out Menu Icon

I do not want this to display on the desktop, how can I remove the fly-out 3 bar menu icon from desktop view??
I think we could use just a bit more flexibility on the mobile menu options, because cloning a menu URL is too much and may be confusing to users. Without cloning the menu item we still need to be able to click on a parent menu item, so the preferred option is to have all mobile menu items expanded automatically if you cannot figure out the other. At the moment my mobile menu will NOT show all items expanded despite making that selection within theme options.
