    After updating to the latest Enfold I’ve lost a few elements on the site.

    When removing all quick CSS it seems to work better, but I can’t seem to enter any of the old css.

    How to make it work with all my quick css?

    Hey juaneriksson,

    I’m not sure I understand what you have lost on your site, could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thank’s for your quick reply.

    Here are images of the front page (in chrome), with and without the quick css. The same similar issues are on every subpage.

    https://www.rix90.se/wp-content/uploads/with-quick-css.png

    E.g.
    The blue background box behind the intro text disappears with css, even though I want it.
    The blue background behind the headers is hidden with css and the font size/appearance is too small.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We can’t see the screenshots you linked to though, please try uploading them to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to them here. Also please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a look at the backend of your site.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The login details are working, but we still can’t see your screenshots since they are not shared publicly. Please try changing their status, or upload them to a service like imgur.com instead.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, the Drive-links should work now!

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The first screenshot works, the second one still doesn’t work though.

    About the Tab Section, is the problem that content area of your tabs are the same height? If so then you can change that in the theme options, look for the Content height option.

    From what I can see it should work. So frustrating that a simple thing as sending an image is an issue 2021… :/

    Can you try removing all quick css from the Enfold menu, and then refresh the front end (in another tab)? Then you’ll see and compare the difference as with the screenshots.

    The height of the tabs is another issue, but I’ll look into it. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I tried removing all your CSS from Quick CSS, and I do see changes on the front page after that. It’s difficult for us to know exactly what you are looking to change though, so a screenshot would be great for clarification. Please try uploading it to imgur.com instead of Google Drive, the second link you posted is still asking me to request access.

    Best regards,
    Rikard§

    Here is an Imgur example, made it from scratch with comments on what’s correct and not. The headlines not getting the blue background is my main issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t find the page where your screenshot is taken from though, could you link directly to it in private please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that.

    – Start in the menu; that is not visible on my end.

    – Background image too tall; if you’re only going to have a static background image, then please try using a Color Section element instead, it will give you more freedom to set the height.

    – Black field with yellow text; so the problem is that the background colour is not applying?

    – Text transform; you have this in Quick CSS:

    .av-special-heading h1{
        letter-spacing:1px;
        min-size: 18px !important;
        text-transform: none !important;
    }

    .av-special-heading h2{
        letter-spacing:1px;
        min-size: 18px !important;
        text-transform: none !important;
    }

    If you remove that then the theme defaults will apply. You can change the text transform for your headers under Enfold->Advanced Styling.

    – Too much info; that is the theme default, so if you want to hide some elements, then please keep the CSS you are using to alter that element.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why the backgrounds are not showing, but I’m seeing error messages coming from some of your plugins. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins? If not, then please activate the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality on your site, or share FTP login details with us in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
