Hi,
I would like to have a list of menu items as you have it on your demo page http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/ that appears when you hover the mouse over the menu item “Pages”. Unfortunately I could not find anything in the settings to make one.

I’m not sure I understand what you mean, maybe you want to create a Mega Menu? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/setting-up-your-mega-menu/
