    Hi!

    Is there a possibility to design or arrange the e-mail that is automatically sent by the contact form? I’ve got a quite complex contact form and the e-mail that I get when somebody fills in the form looks very complicated and confusing…

    Meanwhile I figured out how to design the notifications. One last question:
    Is there a way to hide the unchecked values in the notification? I want only the checked checkboxes to be sent to the user and not all of them…

    Hi!

    Enfold is just using the standard WordPress contact form. For more info about how to customize it have a look here: http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Quick_Start_Guide

    However, we suggest to use a plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
    where you have much more flexibility.

    I installed the Plugin “Email Templates” to get more beautiful notifications.
    To hide the unchecked values in the notification was a little bit of PHP, if you’re interested in the way how to fix it.

    do you know how to make the information entered by the visitor to go 1 line below each question of the form?

    for e.g:

    Item Details – What would you like us to find? (item, brand, colour, quantity etc.): this is a test

    to become

    What i mean really need is just line breaks in the content of the email that enfold default contact form sends.

    Is there a way to do that?

    Or rather, how do i just outright remove the labels?

    So instead of:

    Name: John Doe
    Street Address: 1 Elm St.
    Email: (Email address hidden if logged out)
    State / Province: NY
    Postal / Zip Code: 11801
    Country: United States

    I get:

    John Doe
    1 Elm St.
    (Email address hidden if logged out)
    NY
    11801
    United States

    Can anyone help?
