Hello, I’ve used the Demo version for sometime, and suddenly i got this error
“This demo version of the theme has expired. Please buy and install the full version from Themeforest”
I decided to purchase the theme and update it via. FTP, but its still the same.
I cannot access my /wp-admin or anything. only thing i have is FTP access. ¨
What to do?May 11, 2015 at 4:00 pm #442519Hi Rekt-It!
Can you please try updating the theme via FTP manually and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?
Regards,
YigitMay 11, 2015 at 4:12 pm #442524I’ve already done that ^^
May 11, 2015 at 4:15 pm #442525Hey!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it? Please note that we will need FTP access as well.
EDIT: Please remove demo version via FTP, log into your WordPress dashboard and install full version in Appearance > Themes > Add New
Cheers!

May 12, 2015 at 2:41 pm #443020Hey, Problem is that i cannot access my /wp-admin. and if i remove the demo version, then my previous setting will get deleted right?
May 12, 2015 at 2:51 pm #443029Hi!
No, they are saved on your database. As long as theme names are matching, your theme options will remain the same.
Cheers!
YigitMay 12, 2015 at 2:57 pm #443034I dont get it..
I’ve deleted the theme, and re-uploaded, then activated it.
Now I gotta start over?May 12, 2015 at 3:16 pm #443049Hey!
Your theme options should remain the same. To be honest, version you were using was pirated one. They may have made changes on the theme which could be the cause of the issue. However when i check the link you posted, i am still seeing “This demo version of the theme has expired. Please buy and install the full version from Themeforest” error.
Best regards,
