Hello. When I installed my demo, it didn’t bring in the layer slider properly. There are no sliders and there are no images. Also, the menu is messed up and styling seems off.
I’ve used the theme and demo before and it worked great, so I’m not sure what’s going on exactly.

I’ve used the theme and demo before and it worked great, so I’m not sure what’s going on exactly.
Is the site hosted on a different server? The demo import doesn’t work on a few servers but we’re not sure why. You may need to import the demo manually.

IsmaelYes I am on a different server and that did not help to do the manual upload.
Is there somewhere I can access the demo layer slider sliders and the images for the demo and try to manually upload those?

Thanks for the info.
I imported the layer sliders manually. Are you going to use the demo images? The pages were actually imported properly but without the images. You can replace them with your own.

I plan to replace with my own, but having the placeholders in there help my clients to visualize. Would you be willing to upload the other images as well?

We can upload the images but we need access to the file server. Please provide the FTP details in the private field. I’ll check the demo pages.

I think we will be fine without the additional images for now. Thank you for offering though.
1. I had two more questions. In the top bar where we can add number and email, is there a way to make an email a link to a form? I’ll include the home page link below in the private information and you’ll see where I have the “email” on the top left. I would like this to be able to be a link to a form pop-up.
2. Oh and another quick question-icons, can I upload my own somehow?Thanks so much,

Did you enable the theme’s “File Compression” settings in the “Performance” panel? Please disable the compression temporarily and then try to change any styling settings.

IsmaelHello, I have a question. I am using the tab slider on my about page for employee bios and I’d like to do an anchor link from the home page to the about page and have it open up the tab for the associated employee. When I have tried this so far, it makes the tab slide open but creates this strange space with padding/margin and throws it off. Do you know of a simple solution to this? Perhaps a better way?
