Please Ive bought the enfold theme. Just yesterday but I cant import any of the themes. It always me an error message ”import didnt work. You might try reloading the page and then try again.”. I especially want to use the Church demo but I cant because the events calendar plugin is not working. I download and tried activating severall but no successful. Pls fix it for me

I have checked your site and it seems you have imported the church demo however some things are missing (link in private content). I tried to access the backend but the login details you provide doesn’t seem to work, also ftp username and password are not included.

Can you create a separate thread? then give us temporary admin access, as well as ftp access so we can try to debug and check further. Make sure to put the details in Private Content section so only the moderators and the thread creator (which is you when you create the new thread) can view it.
