Hello – I have tried all recommended fixes I have seen with this problem, and even purchased godaddy wordpress support to have them fix it and they cannot get the demo to import either. I have the most updated version of Enfold on the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to import the Consulting Theme.

Please try to increase the allocated memory to 512M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
BasilisJuly 11, 2018 at 3:09 pm #984247Hi and thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I tried that with no success. After that I purchased Godaddy wordpress help, and am frustrated that this was not successful either. They just did the same thing I had already told them did not work.
From GoDaddy help…
I have increased your site’s max execution time and the memory limit but it didn’t work.
I also tried the suggestions from the theme support, nothing worked too.
Please contact the theme support on this page about the issue so that they can take a look: https://kriesi.at/support/
Let us know if we can help in any way from their response.I have sense cancelled the GoDaddy help plan and was able to get a refund.

July 14, 2018 at 8:19 am #985428Hi,
I’m not sure what could be the problem, but I’m guessing the server you are hosted on might not be able to handle things like this. Would you be able to set up an installation on your local computer and install the demo there, then push it to your live server? If not then the only option left is to give you the shortcodes for each page, would that be an option for you? If so then you would need to activate debug mode first: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
Best regards,
