No matter how many times I try to import any demo, the only thing that seems to import are the pages and not the media. Would be great if on the demo page there were a way to download all the media content as well. I’d like to be able to do a really fast demo build for clients. Pick a demo that matches their industry, show them the demo and have them give the content. For some clients that would be a great way to speed the process up and get them to buy the theme.
Again….the pages are there, just not any of the media. Even importing the demo file manually via WordPress doesn’t import the media files. And yes, PHP limit is increased, using 7.2 on PHP and all that.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Please also add FTP Details, to see folder rights.
