    Thanks for giving us the admin access, I have checked your site and got this error when trying to import manually:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

    You need to increase your upload_max_filesize, try check this post: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
    if it doesn’t work, you might need to ask your webhost to assist on it.

    Hey, I have done all these things and also contacted the hosting provider. He assured me that there is no issue from there side.
    Other themes providing demo import are working fine here.
    Kindly provide me better assistance as I have already provided you the wp-credentials.

    Hi,

    Can you try to set PHP Post Max Size to atleast 16Mb? recommended is 32Mb and up.
    Also, please enable PHP ZipArchive Extension, so zipped files can be extracted when being imported to your site.
    You can check this information by logging in as administrator to your site and go to the link in private content.
