demo imports

I have a fresh install and the demo import isn’t working. The error message suggest refreshing the page. I tried a couple of different demos, a different browser and increasing the memory limit in the config.php file.

I see a moderator’s recommendation in the forum to manually import but the link provided just takes me to the standard documentation that tells me to do what I’ve been doing using the Theme Options >Demo Import.
