    Each time I try to install the Shop Demo i get an error that the import failed and i need to refresh the page and try again. I did this multiple times but have received the same results.
    Any suggestions please?

    I tried to login but I’m getting this error:

    Error: The password you entered for the username xxx is incorrect.

    Also, please give us the permission to reset the site.

    Hi mmangal,

    I apologize for that, the account you gave worked however the account is not an administrator therefore we aren’t able to do anything.
    Please upgrade the account to an administrator role.
