Hello,
only read the best about your theme. Unfortunately I’m not able to import the demo of the startup theme.
Neither the one-click nor the manual installation were successful. Import says like unable to import „desat-gb_macbook“ for example.
Anything else I can try? I have no idea how to get to the point of the business startup online demo version.Thx in advance

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks, I did try it out and it did not work even trying to manually import it, can you try the solutions posted on these threads:

Thanks, I was able to import it manually via wordpress importer, though I’m still getting some issues and some images are not imported.
And not really sure what’s the cause of this issue.
But the page you have now on your site is similar to the startup demo. Hope it could get you started.
