    Hi
    I am having trouble importing demo content with the enfold wordpress theme. message “Import didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page then try again”.
    I tried several solutions on this forum, but the message is the same.

    Hey lukmm,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi,

    Your site redirects to a facebook page, please check. The error message is a WordPress error message, try clearing your browser cache and reload the page and try again.

    Hi,

    The link you gave redirects to your facebook page, fortunately I tried going to the login page and I have accessed the backend, however I only see Twenty Sixteen theme installed and no Enfold. Kindly upload the theme back so we can try to import the gym demo.
