Hi,
Just made a fresh install of wordpress 5.2.2 on a server with one.com. Installed Enfold 4.6 and then trying to do a demo import of “Enfold 2017” using the automatic installer. Getting error message “that didn’t work”.
Haven’t installed any other plugins or made any changes to wordpress. Just installed wordpress, then enfold and then trying the demo import.
Any suggestions?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
My guess it that the request is either blocked by the host or server in some way, so you might want to reach out to their support about the problem. They are usually very quick and helpful at one.com.Best regards,

Thanks for that. You are getting the following server error message: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Backend fetch failed), on the file in private.
Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with that please?

Yes, that is strange. But it’s their servers which returns the error message, did you pass that information on to them? They should be able to look in the error logs to see exactly what happens when the demo is being imported, we can’t do that unfortunately.

If you have the knowledge then you can try to set up a new installation locally for instance, or on a server where you know that this works. Then use a migration plugin or similar to move the demo over to the site which has problems.

@abrar000 sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login.
The original demo that you have installed is showing correctly on your site, it doesn’t include all of the images and content, it was only meant to give a basic idea of the layout so you could start adding your content.
The Enfold 2017 demo is a much more complete demo, with examples of each element if you would like a try it instead, but you will need to reset your site with the WordPress Reset PluginBest regards,
