    Hi

    I have imported demo on lots of other sites but this time get the error:
    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘type’ in /home/sites/8b/e/**********/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/wordpress-importer/avia-import-class.php on line 204PHP message: PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘type’ in /home/sites/8b/e/**********/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/wordpress-import

    Please advise why this is and how to fix.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can’t see any warnings on the backend of your site though, are you only getting them when you import demos? If that is the case then it shouldn’t be anything to worry about, as long as everything is working as it should.

    The problem is that it will not import the demo at all and this is now urgent as I need to have the website up.

    Perhaps you could import the default demo as you have the login and you will see it just doesn’t happen.

    This looks like the request log, not the actual error log. Please look for the error log.

    Hello again, please reply today with a solution, this support is not what it needs to be so far.
    My hosting company has tried numerous including memory increases/execution limit increases/PHP configuration changes, all without success.

    It’s been a week (a wasted week) since I purchased Enfold and the support package. The answers have been slow and unsatisfactory. The demo import simply does not work so I hereby request a refund with immediate effect. Please advise this has been actioned by return message as a matter of urgency.
