    Hi folks,

    I’ve just installed the Enfold theme. I followed your steps in the documentation to go to Theme Options > Demo Import > Import “Enfold Church”. I downloaded/activated the prerequisite “Events calendar” plugin first.

    Once it was done, it displayed an error that I didn’t have a chance to read. I checked the home page (pasted in private content section) and it’s nothing like the demo haha. Also when I check in the backend, no pages have been imported at all – so I can’t even set the home page! What’s happened?

    I tried to import again, and it gave me an error that said some stuff already existed.

    Help! The demo import will make it look exactly like Enfold Church.. right?

    Hey RRJ!

    Try reinstalling WordPress. If your using some kind of one click install with your hosting provider then skip that and install WordPress manually, https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response!

    Is this the only way? To reinstall WordPress, but do it manually? I don’t really want to mess around with the databases etc myself.. I thought the convenience of one click installers was in actually being able to use them!

    I haven’t had an issue like this before when using one click installers.

    Can you confirm this is the only way? What else can I do?
