    can’t import demo . again and again didn’t work shows:Importing didnt work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again

    and ,first time after imported , the main page show layerslider problem.

    please see my site and find the problem….

    Hey maxxqf,
    We can try to assist, can we reset your site and try again?
    Might I suggest using the 2017 Demo, because the basic demo doesn’t include all of the demo files?

    Hi,
    Thank you for the login & ftp access. I reset your site and installed the “2017 Demo” and all is working good now.
    Please check your settings such as email, site title, etc to ensure it’s correct.

    THANKS ALOT , now i can see my site is ok!
    but i want to know ,what is the problem ??
    is the connnection not stable or my server set problem.

    Hi,

    I’m not 100% sure, but it’s likely that the server times out because the 2017 demo is quite large. If you should have this problem again then please try importing it manually: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-
