    Hi,
    ich möchte hier nochmals um Hilfe bitten,
    Hab nun zum 3. mal WP installiert, auch die upload größe beim provider raufsetzten lassen.
    Theme hochladen von enfold hat einwandfrei funktioniert, nur leider geht der enfold 2017 demo import nicht.

    Bitte um rasche Hilfe, ich sollte für meinen Kunden schon längst an der Seite arbeiten aber nichts geht ;( Habe euer Theme schon 3x gekauft aber leider immer upload probleme. Bitte seid so nett und helft mir auch diesmal.

    Im Link seht ihr die Message die ich bekomme. Ich sende euch gern auch die Zugangsdaten falls ihr das dann richten könnt.

    Hey Susanne,

    It’s very likely that your problems are due to a server setting. You are getting 403 errors on all the images in the WordPress gallery like I pointed out in your other thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/demo-import-enfold-2017-does-not-work/. Please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with that.

    Hej Rikard,
    you were right, the access to the files was sometimes 666 so no working possible.
    i talked to the guys from the domainfactory, cleaned all, re-installed wp through the server and installated the theme. this worked,
    BUT again the demo files won’t install completely.

    Do you need any other credentials to try it on your own? Unfortunately I’m not a professional with websites (as you may have noticed :))) and I don’t have any idea how I could get the upload done before the weekend ;(((

    here some screenshots: as you can see on filezilla there are a lot of photos uploaded, but in the wp mediathek there are visible only a few…

    I talked to DF again and they said: ” Ich vermute hier einen Zusammenhang zu den tariflich festgelegten Limits von 64 MB Ram und 30 CPU Sekunden.”
    They changed this on the server and now it works properly! wooohooo.

    Thanks for your advice! I finally can work now on it!
