    Hi! I have installed 4.2.6 version of enfold. Theme is correctly actived but when I want import “Portfolio Ine Page” demo and click on “Import Demo”, process takes so many time and it is not imported the content.

    I tried import theme options for that demo, but I have the same problem.
    Please, I need help with this problem. Thanks

    Hi,

    Your memory limit on importing is really slow.
    You would need to update that so it can work for importing properly.

    Can you ask your hosting provider please?

    You need to write to your hosting provider and ask them to increase it for you.
    php_value post_max_size 256M
    php_value upload_max_filesize 256M
    php_value max_input_vars 3000
    php_value max_execution_time 300
    php_value max_input_time 300
    php_value memory_limit 256M

    Hi, I have talk to my hosting provider and they say the max memory limit is 256M…. In addiction, they said me to create a text file (php.ini) with this line:
    MAX_INPUT_VARS =5000

    And I added it in to enfold folder by FTP (Filezilla), but demo import it doesnt work…
    Please, What can I do? Thanks

    I tried to import the demo but looks like your server does not support this feature. Please try and import the demo manually via XML file.
