    Hi,

    I have installed Enfold theme and trying to import Demo but did not work.

    I have tried several times because error messages recommend reloading page & try again.
    I am trying to import ‘Small business – Flat Demo’.

    Please help.

    Hey Kay,

    Thanks for the login details, it looks like it’s failing because one of the images already exists. Could you try to remove all images that you didn’t upload yourself or use a plugin like this to reset your installation please? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/

    Hi Rikard,
    Thanks for your reply. I have tried both ways but did not work either.

    But now it works after seeing other previous answers in forum.
    I have increased PHP memory limit to 256M & changed maximim execution time to 300 seconds.
