    I try to install the demo and I got this message

    Import din’t work!
    “You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.”

    I did reload the page and I got this message:

    Import din’t work!
    “You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.
    ( The script returned the following message:
    Media ” 1″ already exists”

    but I don’t see the demo site

    can You please help

    Please try increasing the PHP memory in WordPress by following these instructions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    You can also ask your web host for assistance with this.

    Just had a look at your site and importing the demo worked for me. Which of the demos are you trying to import if it is not the one currently imported?
