    Having issues importing the demo import, I have created a user.ini file with the below inserted.

    upload_max_filesize = 32M
    post_max_size = 48M
    memory_limit = 128M
    max_execution_time = 600
    max_input_vars = 10000
    max_input_time = 400

    I also changed the php.ini file except there was no max_input_vars=1000. I get no error when i load a demo setup, just says ” good to go, no problems sparky…”

    Except when I load the page there is no pages, no images no nothing just the basic look.

    I hope this is all the info you need to help resolve this issue, I love the theme is gorgeous!

    Hey CMCEquipment!

    Which demo would you like to import?

    The default but I would like to be able to import all if possible. Is
    there something I did wrong with the server settings or install of the
    theme?

    Hey!

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.
    If you would like to try them out, it would be the best if you create a testing environment and test it there as importing demo would overwrite your theme options and import pages, posts etc. to your database.

    Best regards,

    I believe its a server related issue, I cannot import a wordpress xml backup either. Also tried another theme, still cannot install the demo pages. I tried manually installing the demo data, nothing just failed. Any idea what could be the issue on the server side?

    Hi!

    Can you please contact your server provider and inform them about the issue you are having?

    Yigit,

    I have tried, they just keep informing me that this issue is wordpress and not the server.

    Hi!

    Do you see any error when you upload the xml files? Try to install WordPress again.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
