    hi team,

    i read in a previous post that a user manages to import a demo locally into his server. I m not a pro so i dont get the point. The scary point is that there is a problem to import automatically from the dashboard

    is the idea of removing all the theme (enfold) and re instal it a valide one ? anybody tried yet ?

    Hi,
    Please include the domain URL so we can login.
    If your demo import error is “cURL error 28” then this typically a webhost that blocks our demo files IP address, such as OVH hosting.
    If it is another error, then typically this is a webhost that doesn’t have the PHP ZipArchive Extension enabled on the server. This is typically enabled by default, but some servers beginning with PHP v8 forgot to enabled, so check with your webhost.
    What demo are you trying to install?

    i wanted to instal the main default demo (first one)

    i am trying to dive into the ovh ftp configuration access in order to find where to enable the PHP ZipArchive

    Mike, i tried to create a file “info.php” in my www root via FTP explorer in order to write “<?php phpinfo(); ?>” in it (chat gpt suggested) but it didnt work

    do you need the FTP credentials to have a look ?

    Hi,
    OVH blocks our IP address and will not unblock it. I don’t know how to check or enable PHP ZipArchive, try asking OVH support.
    But to import the demo you will need to first import it on to a localhost and then move it to your OVH host with duplicator

    ok Mike, i found https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/master/demos

    the one i looke for is the “default” i assume

    tanx for your help we can close this thread

    ps : if you guys can recommend a fiverr dude who can handle this it will be much appreciated :-)
