I have been trying to install the “Startup Business Demo” content using the import demo files process but it doesn’t work. It just spins for a few minutes and then stops without updating or showing an error message.

Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If you did, do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?
