Thanks for the update, so how can we reproduce this problem? All cache is intended for performance improvement, not only varnish.

Thank you for the update.
The changes are reflected immediately as soon as we removed the cache. We added two text blocks at the very bottom of the gallery page.
You have to click the “Cancella la cache” button every time you make any changes to the page or the site.

Is it working now? Are you removing the cache every update? You can also deactivate the plugin temporarily while doing some changes in the site.
