    Hi, installed the demo sites loads of times, first time i have come accross this issue. No media is been installed?
    Im getting this on the page. Ive tried to import the demo again but no change,

    I Have since deleted the WP install and started again… but got the same issue. ? Any ideas

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi perprod,

    You need to be running at least php 5.6.3. Please upgrade, then do a wp-reset with a plugin and try to import the demo once again.

    My host is saying it already is? They say that my version is 5.6 – but they dont have 5.6.3 – will it work on 7? They can upgrade it to that

    Hi,

    I think upgrading to PHP7 would be a good idea if you have the possibility to do so, it will likely solve the problem you are having and might improve the performance of the site in general.

    I have upgraded to PHP 7 – re installed wordpress and the them for the 4th time and still got the issues!!!!!!!

    To add, i have used enfold a number of times. all on the this host and had zero issues! This is the first time. PLEASE HELP…….
