February 22, 2016 at 4:21 am #586798Hi,
If you use FTP software to navigate to the uploads folder on the server, you can then right click on the folder to see it’s file permissions settings. Your hosting provider should be able to help you with this as well if you’re not sure how to do it. Please send us admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Thanks,
RikardFebruary 23, 2016 at 4:19 am #587534i talked to the host – bluehost in the case and they said that the permission is set to 755 what ever that means.
Any other ideas?Gangamma

February 26, 2016 at 1:33 pm #589744Hi!
try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results.
If that does not help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Best regards,
AndyFebruary 26, 2016 at 9:09 pm #590007I tryed and that is not it.
February 26, 2016 at 9:10 pm #590008Can t you simply send me the images?
February 29, 2016 at 4:40 pm #590902guys, 3 days already with no answer. We need to move foward.
February 29, 2016 at 5:23 pm #590969Hey!
I am sorry but we can not just send the images over, that is not how the importing function work.
There is a hosting issue, you will have to ask the hosting provider that the images do not get imported and they will be able to assist ou better.Regards,
BasilisFebruary 29, 2016 at 5:43 pm #590988Basilis,
Andy first told me that you would enter the website and find a solution. You did not tell if he really entered the website and what he found, but came with another solution. I tryed your solution, it did not work.
I import all kinds of images to this host, of yours and other themes and I tryed all kind of hosting solutions that you provided.
Now 3 days with no answer and you simply try to get rid of the problem.
I also do not want to have to upload every single image and place it in the right spot. But unusual problems require unusual solution. If this solution is not good for you, then i am waiting yours. Right now you are giving me a lot of work and no solution.
What you found inside my website? what kind of tests did you run? How can you be sure that the problem is in the host if the host passed every single test you runned?
February 29, 2016 at 5:45 pm #590989If i am able to solve this, i will be able to buy mor eof your licences. But i tryed everything with you and with the host and it is really not solving the problem.
March 4, 2016 at 11:44 am #593215Hey!
We are very sorry for the trouble. I checked the wedding.xml file and the image permalinks are incorrect. We will forward this issue to Kriesi in order to correct it. For now, please modify the includes > admin > demo_files > wedding.xml file, remove everything then replace it with this code: http://pastebin.com/ZktMYdiU
Refresh the demo panel then try to import the demo again.
Cheers!
