    Hello,

    You already know that Image cannot be downloaded with OVH.
    Only way is to import the demo manually via WP importer.

    Doing this will have a poor result, everything has to be redo.

    We bought this template to speed up, but here we have to redo everything, is it normal ?

    Hey btaleb,
    Unfortunately OVH blocks our IP address so the demo images will not be downloaded, in the past OVH sometimes would temporarily allow our IP, but lately they have not. It seems to be based on which OVH support member you get when you ask. Since you ultimately will be changing the images for your site anyways, uploading your own images would be the easiest solution.

    Thanks for you feedback.
    It would be great to have this information before the purchase.

    Sorry but still need the image and Icon even if changing later.

    I’ve provided you the link of our website, check the result, it’s complicate to work with that.

    Hi,
    It looks like you are trying to import the Law demo, correct?
    If you include a admin login, and a FTP login and allow me to rest the site and re-import the demo I might be able to fix, sometimes this will correct, but you will lose everything you have done so far.

    Hello,
    Yes the Law Demo.
    I was able to do few things, our last concern is there is no icon at all.
    Also API KEY has been put for google map, no resitriction configure on GCP, but not working
    Could you have a look ?

    Thank you for the update.

    The icons seem to be displaying correctly when we checked. Regarding the map, please make sure that the JavaScript API is activated in your Google project.
