Features:
1) what is the name of the feature with the icons that you have at the bottom of this page:
2) how do you setup the images behind the transparent menu and the glass menu?
3)how do the ‘Subscribe to Newsletter’ and ‘Request Custom Work’ features on this page work?
4)how do you embed video and edit its sizing?

Hey Arabeek,
1.) the shortcode/builder element used here is the “icon” element. you need to set the option “icon style” to standalone icon for a look like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7f90oheddlvnxl5/Screenshot%202016-04-29%2015.27.35.png?dl=0
2.) I usually use a a fullscreen/fullwidth slider as the first element of the page. in the sidebar you can then set the header visibility: https://www.dropbox.com/s/da1bwby36ttg9ar/Screenshot%202016-04-29%2015.29.13.png?dl=0
3.) In this case both of them are actually “contact form” elements that send you an email with the data the user entered. Since Enfold 3.3 you can also connect a form like this to the Mailchimp newsletter service

The video will always try to stretch 100% of the width so you need to contain it with columns. The height is defined by the ratio you enter in the settings.
