    Hi

    I downloaded the new version of enfold 4.2 but did not come up with the new 5 demos.

    Please can you fix the problem!

    Hey Antonio,

    Please make sure that you are using 4.2. Files may not be updated correctly. To make sure, please try re-updating the theme via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I double checked and new demos are available to import in Enfold theme options > Demo Import :)

    I update the theme via FTP …. like normal way but the five new demo is not in demo import!
    very strange! I refresh too!

    I did do other installations in other my websites .. but I found the same problem, what can I do?

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I just checked the files of the new Enfold Version 4.2 \ enfold \ includes \ admin \ demo_files ||||| But it is obvious that they are completely missing.

    Hi Antonio,

    Your theme version seems to be 4.1.2. Please try re-updating the theme to the latest version 4.2 via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
