Hi,
@medicalone1714: I’m actually asking for the original poster’s info. I tried to login to your site but I got a security error. Please settle the ssl certificate with your hosting provider then create a new posts here in the forum. We’ll check it there.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 20, 2017 at 6:09 am #854164Ismael, I now see my answer was not uploaded to the forum a couple of days ago.
I don’t have any login credentials anymore, since all users (also the temporary) were removed and the only user left was a user made by you or one of your colleagues – definitely not by me.
I now reinstalled my site (for the 4th or 5th time) and made an administrator account for you.
Please proceed.
FrankSeptember 20, 2017 at 6:11 am #854166This MedicalOne looks like spam to me, it added a tag to this thread pointing at a website …
It definitely has nothing to do with my troubles.

September 21, 2017 at 12:35 pm #854788Hi,
@Gyaltshab: The pages and shortcodes are imported but not the images. I’m not sure why. If you want to continue with the theme, you can edit the pages and import your own images manually. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.
@MedicalOne1714: Please open your own ticket.Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 21, 2017 at 2:24 pm #854872Thank you for your support, Ismael. It’s not only missing images, but also the slider AND the css. I don’t understand either.
I asked Envato for a refund, but so far no answer from them. I’ll start a dispute with them (that’s what they advise). If Envato asks Kriesi for their view on this, please support my request for a refund.
Kind regards,

I asked Envato for a refund, but so far no answer from them.
We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. I imported the demo on my own installation and it worked properly so the issue is related to the server configuration. I’ll ask Kriesi to help you with the refund.
where I can found the images of enfold2017 theme?
We’ll ask Kriesi if he can provide the images in a specific directory so that you can access it.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 22, 2017 at 8:52 am #855241Hi!
Do you have a local server or installation such as WAMP OR MAMP? Please try to import the demo locally then move it to the live server. You can use the following plugin.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
Cheers!
IsmaelSeptember 23, 2017 at 9:17 am #855725Thanks for your advise, I may try setting up locally and then move to a live site one of these days.
September 23, 2017 at 10:29 pm #855920Hi,

MikeSeptember 30, 2017 at 9:16 am #858733Please close this ticket. My problems have not been solved, I asked for a refund, which was approved. I wil not use Enfold anymore.
