The demo content would not install. It says – refresh and page and try again.

Thanks for giving us admin access to your site, please increase your PHP Post Max Size and PHP Max Upload Size, to atleast 16MB but we recommend higher than that, you can see more information on this in http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/
Also PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled, please ask your web host to enable it, they should also be able to help with the php post max size and max upload size. To check the status and know if php ziparchive is enabled and post max size and max upload size has been set higher, you can check it in the link in the private content.

Please check these values as well, they might be causing the issue.
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300Which demo are you trying to import and what errors are you getting?

I am trying to install the “shop demo”
I have checked these as well; the max input time and max execution time. I tried installing the demo again but could not. I am really stuck. I like the theme very much and would like to go ahead with it only.Regards
