I just loaded the Enfold Medical demo because I wanted to use the layout. All it changed on my site is the header and footer. Why is the demo layout not appearing?

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

That’s not the Enfold Medical layout. That’s the layout I already had in place. I thought importing a demo would change the site to the demo layout – am I wrong?Hi amyspearsgavin,
The import created the new pages and it could have changed layout. Did you save theme options?

VictoriaI don’t understand – some of the layout changes carried over from the theme (like the header, for instance) but not all of them. It looks like the portions of the layout that are controlled in the theme option area changed, but not on the pages. Is this how it is supposed to work?
