    Hello,

    the demo import was not working. I’ve tried some of the solutions presented in the forum: Resetting wordpress, new instalation, changing uploads permissions, php execution scripts and everything.

    I then registered my purchase code on the forum, because i wanted to post the thread.

    But something strange happened… i’ve created my user, logged in and then tried one more time to get a printscreen of the error message…and it worked.

    Is it possible the error all the people are getting has anything to do with logging in / registering in your website?

    Hey skafiarize,

    No that is not the problem. Could you try to import the demo manually maybe? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-. If that doesn’t work either then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look. Also specify which demo you are looking to import.
